Mobile DIY Class Policy

Service Overview
Our mobile DIY classes bring the full Enjoi experience to your home, office, or event space. All supplies, instruction, and setup are included unless otherwise noted.

Booking & Minimums

• Mobile class minimum: 5 participants OR a $350 minimum spend
• Standard class duration: 90–120 minutes
• A non-refundable deposit (50%) is required to secure your date
• Remaining balance is due 48 hours before the event

Pricing

• Mobile classes are priced per person
• Rates typically range from $50–$65 per person, depending on group size and class type
• A mobile/travel fee ($50–$100) may apply based on distance from Greensboro, NC
  (Travel fee may be waived at the owner’s discretion)

Guest Count Changes

• Final headcount is due 72 hours before the event
• Decreases after this window will not reduce the total price
• Additional guests may be accommodated if supplies allow and must be paid for prior to class start

Host Responsibilities

The host is responsible for:

• Providing adequate table space and seating for all guests
• Ensuring access to the space at least 15 minutes before start time
• Notifying guests of the start time and participation expectations

Setup & Cleanup

• Setup begins 15–20 minutes before class
• Light cleanup of class materials is included
• Venue must allow normal use of materials (oils, butters, fragrances)

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Deposits are non-refundable
• One reschedule is allowed with at least 72 hours’ notice
• Cancellations within 72 hours forfeit the deposit

Late Starts

• Classes will begin at the scheduled time
• Late starts may result in a shortened class to accommodate other bookings

Safety & Participation

• All products are cosmetic-grade
• Guests with allergies, sensitivities, or pregnancy should notify the instructor prior to participation
• Enjoi Natural Body Products is not responsible for allergic reactions when disclosures are not made

Alcohol Policy

• Light social drinking is permitted
• Excessive intoxication may result in removal from participation without refund
